Oct 24, 2024 Record Lockdown ChangesAll records will be locked down 10 days following the close of a quarter. This is so issues can be found and resolved sooner in the quarterly reporting process. This does mean you will need to update your client, training, and professional development files more frequently. Do NOT wait until the end of a quarter to update files. Thank you! - Joey
